Mani #8 Frosty Frills
For this mani I used a Ruby Kisses nail polish called Blue Satin Sheets. This pale blue polish with its light shimmer was used to paint the tips of the nails. Then i used a blue Konad Special Polish to stamp the dotted cross cross design on Konad image plate m79.
I stamped the lace design on the tip with Bundle Monster image plate
BM18. The double design turned out quite nicely for this winter themed
manicure.

Mani #7- Autumn Hearts
This manicure definitely qualifies to be one of *Kat’s Fierce Faves*. I’ve worn this design multiple times.
One or two thin coats is all I needed. Then I stamped the heart design using Konad Special Polish in black and Konad image plate m73
Mani #6- Emo Leopard
This manicure was inspired by a fellow blogger’s Leopard
obsession and you’ll know what I mean when you visit her blog Beautopia. I am
absolutely in love with her manicures. They are so colorful and so creative. So
I will borrow an idea or two…but no worries I don’t take any credit for this
design. I never really was into the leopard print though I’ve had the Konad
image plate for a while. However when I saw all the cute variations on that
design on Beautopia I knew I had to try
it.
For this Mani I used a silver metallic polish from LA Girls Metal Nail Polish collection called Sterling Silver. I stamped the nail with the leopard print image from Konad plate #m57 using a black Konad Special Polish. I also added a few dots of pink to soften the look so it’s more girly. The pink is from Sally Hansen’s Hard as Nails Xtreme Wear collection and its called Bubblegum Pink. It took a day or two for me to warm up to this mani but in the end I did start to adore this jungle-meets-disco look.

Mani #5 Plum Purrs
For this fierce mani I used a Ruby Kisses Polish called Purplicious. I used the grape polish to coat the tips of the nail with 1-2 coats. The color is a beautiful French manicure on its own. I wanted to spice it up with the tiger stripes design on the tips. I achieved this look by stamping the nail tip with Silver Konad Special Polish and using Konad plate m57. It’s a fun loving mani. Perfect for a night out on the town and those looking for a more adventurous manicure.
~Learning the Ropes~
Yes I have no shame is admitting I’m rather new to blogging but one of the great thing about up and comers is most of them are eager to learn more…as am I. If you have any tips on how to improve my blog…especially how to achieve the best possible close-up images I can from a point and shoot digital camera(buying a new one soon, recommendations welcome) feel free to leave me a comment or email me at Raindropz1021@yahoo.com
Mani #4- Subtle Elegance
This manicure oozes simplicity but will be a big hit with those who are looking for a ‘discrete’ ‘attention grabber’ ^_^. This manicure is also the debut of my much shorter nails L. But none the less I like this look. For this mani I used a Fingerpaints nail polish called Art Lofty Toffee.
Bare with me folks as far as the images go. I’m new to this and am working at getting better more clear images. The images don’t give justice to this polish.
I would best describe it as a warm peach color. In some images it will appear neutral. With the flash on you see it with more of a pink-ish hue. Only one coat was needed. And the simple nail detail was accomplished with Cina Nail Art Rhinestones…pictured below. I think I might experiment with more rhinestones in the future. Possibilities are endless considering they come in so many sizes, shapes an colors.
